Ignition
← Hook Pad (testnet)

Launch a hook.

A hook is a Uniswap v4 Hook Module plus its own token. Its token trades from the first block; once its module goes live, every launch that switches it on pays it up to 0.25% of their trades (out of the platform's share, never more for traders), and that income streams to the token's stakers.

🧪 This is the testnet: everything here is free and has no value, so try the whole flow. Your wallet needs to be on the Ignition Hook Layer Testnet; the testnet page adds it and gives you test tokens.
1

Launch your hook's token

Launch it like any token: a bonding curve (it graduates to a locked Uniswap pool) or a direct launch. You become its creator, which is what makes you the hook's developer.
2

List it on the Hook Pad

Your token's address, and optionally a link to a JSON file describing the hook (description, code, audit, website, x; https:// or ipfs://). It shows up as Sandbox.
Only the token's creator can list it, once.
3

Write and deploy its module

Inherit ModuleKit (template in contracts/src/modules/kit/) with your token as the share token, and choose how its income splits between you and the token's stakers (fixed at deploy, public on-chain). Deploy it with script/DeployModuleIPO.s.sol.
Or deploy the template module now (testnet)

TemplateModuleV2, ready to attach: of every fee it collects, in any currency the launches running it are paired with, the owners' cut is split between your token's stakers and you, and the rest is forwarded to your wallet (its "job"; a real hook replaces that with its own logic).

Pick your token in step 2 first.
4

Attach the module

The pad checks it's a ModuleKit whose share token is your hook's token. It shows up as In review. You can swap it until it goes live.
5

Go live

Live hooks earn inside every trade of every launch that runs them, so each module is reviewed before it's approved in the module registry. Send us its code; once approved it's Live on the pad and any launch can switch it on. On the testnet, tag us with your hook's token address and we approve it so you can see it run.
